Journal of Health Advocacy and Medicine
Mission Statement
At JHAM Guelph, our mission is to leave a meaningful impact on the world of health advocacy and medicine by empowering undergraduate students. Being an organization founded by undergraduate students at the University of Guelph, we recognize a need for platforms to amplify student voices and disperse beneficial research and findings. Through our in-depth, yet simple publications, we strive to educate our audience on current and important issues in the world of medicine and health advocacy around them. We hope to raise awareness about key issues and inspire our audience to take a stand for their healthcare, and what's right.
Our ultimate goal is to foster a community of informed individuals who are equipped to advocate for themselves, and for the people whose voices are not heard, to improve the healthcare system. We envision a future in which every individual uses their voice to make healthcare more equitable, and effective for generations to come. Complementary to our vision of promoting relevant research, we appreciate all input from our readers, pledging to continually enhance our publications to better serve our audience, and contribute to positive changes.
Join us in our mission to nurture a world where knowledge empowers action, and where every student's voice matters.
